⚖️ Dispute Resolution – Kwik Hardware

  • A senior team member will review your case, investigate the issue, and provide a formal response within 5–7 business days.

3. 🧩 Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the dispute, we may offer:

  • Repair or replacement of defective items
  • Partial or full refund (subject to our Return & Warranty Policies)
  • Store credit or alternative compensation

Our goal is to reach a resolution that is fair and aligned with our service standards.

4. ⚖️ Mediation & Legal Rights

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes:

  • You may seek independent mediation through an accredited third-party body such as the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO).
  • Legal action may be pursued in accordance with applicable laws in the state of New South Wales, Australia, where Kwik Hardware is registered.

5. 📄 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your financial institution:

  • Kwik Hardware will be notified and may provide documentation to support the original transaction.
  • We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating external disputes to avoid delays and miscommunication.
