💳 Payment Policy – Kwik Hardware
At Kwik Hardware, we strive to make your purchasing experience smooth, secure, and transparent. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, terms, and conditions related to all transactions made through our store or services.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Bank Transfer (Domestic & International)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
- Digital Wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select locations and products
- Kwik Hardware Gift Cards or Store Credit
All payments must be made in Australia Dollar (AUD) unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to delivery or installation, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- For custom orders or bulk purchases, a deposit of 50% may be required at the time of order confirmation.
- Remaining balance must be settled before dispatch or completion of service.
3. Invoicing & Receipts
- An official invoice will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
- Receipts are sent via email or provided in person for offline transactions.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
4. Late or Failed Payments
- Orders with delayed payments may be put on hold or canceled.
- Kwik Hardware reserves the right to charge late fees or refuse future service for repeated payment issues.
- If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or incorrect details, the customer will be notified to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
5. Refunds & Adjustments
- Refunds are processed according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Kwik Hardware is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Security & Privacy
- All online transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways.
- We do not store credit card information on our servers.
