🔄 Return Policy – Kwik Hardware
At Kwik Hardware, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. 📅 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Items must not be damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
3. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-cut glass or made-to-order products
- Gift cards or store credit
- Clearance or sale items
- Installed hardware or accessories
- Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
4. 🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team before sending it back.
5. 💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. 🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
7. 🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
